Delivery

Our normal dispatch time is within 4 working days (Excluding public holidays).

However, we are experiencing very high levels of demand and a reduced workforce throughout the Covid-19 Pandemic.

This means that we are taking a little longer than usual to despatch our items, however it is normally now within 7 working days.

Thank you for your patience at this difficult time.

All our goods are shipped via Royal Mail – β€˜signed for’ Monday To Thursday not including Bank Holidays.

EU Orders and deliveries – December 2022

Due to huge problems within the EU customs departments we have had to make the decision to suspend all orders coming from the EU until further notice.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused by this and we will be working hard to find new ways of shipping for the future.

Worldwide

All items will be dispatched via Royal mail – Tracked and Signed for with full insurance cover included.

We ship to all destinations to which parcels can be sent airmail by the Royal Mail and to which we are not prohibited from exporting by import or export restrictions.

Please note that Duties, VAT, customs charges maybe applicable for customers outside the UK.

Returns Policy

Should you wish to return an item to us, you must notify us immediately with your order number via email at info@thesmartdogcompany.co.uk

Items must be returned to us within 14 days, in its original condition and packaging.

Items must not have dog or house odours

Items must not have dog hair or stains

DO NOT spray items with perfume or air fresheners as such items will NOT be refunded.

The return is at the buyer cost and we do not refund original shipping cost of products.

Please note that seasonal items and sale goods are not returnable.

The Smart Dog Company reserves the right to refuse a refund if any item is not returned in a resealable condition and within the 14 days.

Any refunds will be made via PayPal or Stripe.

The Smart Dog Company cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the post.
